Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Continental / Italian Chef with strong expertise in Italian cuisine, Continental dishes, food preparation, and presentation. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking, maintain consistent food quality, and work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare a variety of Italian and Continental dishes, including pasta, risotto, pizzas, salads, soups, sandwiches, and main courses.
- Prepare authentic Italian sauces, dressings, marinades, and accompaniments from scratch.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Manage daily mise en place and ensure timely food preparation and service.
- Assist in menu development, recipe standardization, and new dish trials.
- Maintain food cost, inventory control, and minimize food wastage.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.




- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of kitchen equipment.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Continental and Italian cuisine.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of pasta, risotto, pizzas, sauces, and Italian cooking techniques.
- Experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or premium bakery setup preferred.
- Knowledge of food costing, portion control, and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
- Culinary qualification or qualified training preferred.

Preferred Candidate: A skilled and creative chef with good practical knowledge of Italian and Continental cuisine, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to food quality and consistency. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
