Role Description:

Most internships hand you a brand that already exists. This one hands you a blank page.

There’s no content library and no “this is how we’ve always done it.” The first hundred posts don’t exist yet. You’ll decide what they look like, how they sound, and why anyone stops scrolling.

You’ll

- Plan and make short-form content, mostly Reels, from teaser to launch
- Shoot and edit on the go. Your eye matters more than your gear.
- Write hooks and captions, and rewrite them until they land




- Break down why some content works and most doesn’t
- Find and work with creators who get what we’re doing
- Experiment with AI tools for video and editing
- Track what performs, so next week beats this week.

Eligibility Criteria

- Students or recent graduates, any stream
- Available full time, in-office, for 3 or 6 months
- You’ve made content before. A personal page, a college club, a friend’s business all count. Show us proof, not followers.
- You can turn 40 seconds of raw footage into something people watch twice.
- You write lines people screenshot.
- You’d rather ship it and learn than wait until it’s perfect.
- You can keep a secret ?
