Role & responsibilities

Responsible for conducting quality reviews of client deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with client requirements, style guides, and production standards. Works closely with production, composition, graphics, and publishing teams to identify and resolve quality issues prior to final delivery. Develops expertise in quality assurance processes, document standards, workflow compliance, and client-specific requirements while supporting on-time and error-free project execution.

Key Responsibilities & Outcomes

- Review client deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with quality standards prior to final release.
- Validate document formatting, styles, tables, graphics, pagination,



and overall structure against client requirements and specifications.
- Ensure adherence to client instructions, established style guides, brand standards, and production processes.
- Identify and resolve spelling, grammar, formatting, and layout discrepancies to maintain high-quality deliverables.
- Confirm that all client, author, and production corrections have been accurately implemented and verified.
