We are looking for an experienced and creative Content Creator who can develop engaging healthcare content, strengthen our digital presence, and connect with our target audience across social media platforms.

Job OverviewWe are seeking a creative, proactive, and social-media-savvy Content Creator with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare, wellness, nutrition, fitness, or medical content.

The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, understand social media trends, and be capable of creating educational, engaging, and conversion-focused content that aligns with our healthcare brand.

Key Responsibilities1. Healthcare Content Creation

- Develop engaging and informative content related to diabetes management, nutrition, weight loss, lifestyle changes, and overall wellness.
- Create content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, carousels, social media posts, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Simplify healthcare and nutrition-related topics into easy-to-understand content for the general public.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, headlines, scripts, and calls to action.
- Collaborate with doctors, nutritionists, and the healthcare team to ensure medical accuracy.

2. Social Media Management

- Plan, create, and execute content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, and competitor strategies.
- Develop strategies to improve reach, engagement, followers, and audience retention.




- Monitor content performance and use analytics to improve future content.
- Maintain consistent brand communication and visual identity across platforms.

3. Video Content & Campaigns

- Develop creative concepts and scripts for short-form videos, educational videos, testimonials, and promotional campaigns.
- Create engaging hooks within the first few seconds of a video to capture audience attention.
- Coordinate with video editors, designers, doctors, and marketing teams to execute content campaigns.
- Support webinar promotions, healthcare awareness campaigns, lead-generation activities, and program launches.

4. Research & Content Strategy

- Research healthcare topics and identify content opportunities relevant to our target audience.
- Analyze competitor content and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Use social media insights and performance metrics to refine content strategies.
- Ensure all health-related claims are evidence-based, medically reviewed when needed, and compliant with applicable advertising guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in content creation.
- Robust hands-on experience with Instagram and YouTube, including Reels and Shorts.
- Proven ability to create engaging content that drives audience interaction and growth.
- Excellent writing, storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, audience behavior, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to develop creative content ideas independently and execute them efficiently.
- Experience creating educational, promotional, and brand-building content.
- Familiarity with content calendars, social media analytics, and performance tracking.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools is preferred.
- A portfolio of previously created content is required.
