Role Description This is a full-time, in office Content Creator – Social Media role based in Delhi, with a salary up to 35,000 (per month).

The Content

Creator will plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. Daily responsibilities include developing content ideas, writing captions, creating or coordinating visuals (images, short videos, reels), and scheduling posts to align with brand objectives. The role involves monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content.

Creator will collaborate with HR TEAM’s internal stakeholders to understand service offerings, support campaigns, and maintain consistent brand voice and messaging.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and execute social media content calendars, including concept development and basic campaign planning.
- Strong skills in writing clear, engaging captions and short-form copy tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Basic design or video-editing abilities using tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar applications.
- Comfort with managing social media accounts, monitoring engagement, and using platform insights or analytics tools.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with HR and marketing stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with current social media trends, hashtags, and best practices for audience growth and brand visibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience (internship or professional) in social media content creation or digital marketing will be an advantage.
