With operations in India and Bahrain, the agency supports clients across branding, strategic planning, and marketing activations. Services include naming, brand identity, social media and performance marketing, and text, image, and video content creation.

Hybridig also produces ad films and promo videos, manages product and business photoshoots, and develops websites and e-commerce platforms. The team collaborates closely with clients to create cohesive marketing experiences across digital and offline channels.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Kozhikode.

The Content

Creator will develop and produce engaging content in text, image, and video formats for social media, websites, hoardings, and marketing campaigns. Daily responsibilities include brainstorming and planning content ideas with the creative and strategy teams, creating copy and visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines, and preparing assets for performance marketing and promotional activities. The role involves supporting naming and branding projects, contributing to ad films and promo video scripts, and coordinating with designers, videographers,



and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The Content

Creator will also monitor content performance and suggest improvements to enhance reach, engagement, and impact.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in copywriting, social media content creation, and basic visual storytelling for digital platforms. Languages: English & Malayalam
- Ability to contribute to branding initiatives, including naming, brand messaging, and marketing collaterals.
- Experience supporting video content production, such as promo videos, ad films, and short-form social media clips.
- Familiarity with digital and performance marketing concepts, including campaign-oriented content and audience targeting.
- Comfort working with cross-functional creative teams and coordinating with designers, videographers, and marketing specialists.
- Proficiency with common content creation tools (e.g., basic design or video editing software) is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
- Relevant education in marketing, communications, media, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Interest in brand building and storytelling for diverse industries and willingness to work on-site in Kozhikode.
