- 4+ years experience in telecom and unified communications testing with expertise in Cisco voice, Webex Calling, Microsoft Teams Calling, Gamma telephony, and Calabrio WFM/QM

- Lead multi-vendor testing, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform infrastructure migration and post-implementation testing, manage defects and risks, and communicate with stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience

- Robust experience in telecom, enterprise voice, contact centre, or unified communications testing.

- Hands-on exposure to Cisco voice/contact centre, Webex Calling, Microsoft Teams Calling, and Gamma telephony solutions.

- Experience testing Calabrio WFM and QM solutions.

- Knowledge of enterprise networking, WAN connectivity, and Vodafone connectivity services.

- Experience in infrastructure migration, cutover, and post-implementation testing.

- Understanding of non-functional testing, particularly performance and resilience.

- Proven ability to lead multi-vendor testing activities and coordinate cross-functional teams.

- Strong stakeholder communication, defect management, risk management, and reporting skills.
