You will work on consulting assignments across sustainable transport, e-mobility, freight and transport decarbonisation, supporting the growth of pManifold. The role combines technical research and project delivery with business development, client engagement and thought leadership. You will work with government, development agencies, transport operators, fleet owners, logistics players and private-sector stakeholders to develop practical solutions for Sustainable & clean technology adoption in transport.

Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development of domain offerings, market positioning and growth priorities across sustainable transport, e-mobility and clean technology integration.
- Support business development through lead generation, opportunity assessment, client engagement, proposal preparation, technical approaches and effort estimation.
- Manage assigned project workstreams from research and analysis through to final deliverables, ensuring quality, timely completion and actionable recommendations.
- Develop transport strategies, fleet transition roadmaps and implementation frameworks for cities, organisations, transport operators and fleets.
- Assess technology, market, policy and regulatory options for transport decarbonisation, including vehicle electrification, charging infrastructure, public transport, freight and logistics solutions.
- Work across light-duty and heavy-duty segments, including 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, cars and taxis, buses, light commercial vehicles and trucks; assess use cases, duty cycles, fleet operations and infrastructure requirements.
- Conduct market research,



techno-economic and feasibility assessments, including total cost of ownership (TCO), financial/business-case modelling and deployment scenario analysis.
- Support client and stakeholder consultations, workshops, technical meetings and presentations, building effective working relationships and identifying follow-on opportunities.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support knowledge sharing, team learning and the development of reusable tools and methodologies.
- Represent pManifold at relevant conferences, industry events and webinars, and contribute to articles, presentations and other thought-leadership activities.
- Prepare and review reports, proposals, policy notes and presentations, ensuring clear communication and sound analytical quality.

Required Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Transport Planning, Transportation Engineering, Urban Planning, Energy, Environmental Studies, Public Policy or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in sustainable transport, e-mobility, freight/logistics, transport decarbonisation consulting/advisory.
- Experience in research, analysis and delivery of consulting assignments such as feasibility studies, mobility assessments, strategy development or implementation roadmaps.
- Strong analytical, report-writing, presentation and communication skills, including data analysis and Excel-based modelling.
- Positive interpersonal and client-facing skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and manage assigned work independently.
- Interest and ability to contribute to both business development and project delivery.
