Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Consultant to design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and Microsoft Azure AI services with the ability to advise customers, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and lead AI implementation projects.The candidate will work closely with customers, architects, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities, design scalable solutions, build proofs of concept, and drive AI adoption across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI & Generative AI Solution Design

- Design and implement enterprise AI solutions using Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, and other relevant AI platforms.
- Develop Generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector search, and RAG architectures.
- Design AI-powered chatbots, knowledge assistants, document-processing solutions, and enterprise copilots.
- Evaluate models and AI frameworks based on accuracy, performance, scalability, security, and cost.

2. RAG, AI Agents & Application Development

- Build end-to-end RAG pipelines using Azure AI Search and vector databases.
- Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Implement tool/function calling and integrate AI applications with enterprise APIs, databases, and business systems.




- Apply Python and relevant development frameworks to build, test, and deploy AI applications.

3. Microsoft Azure AI & Cloud

- Implement solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Document Intelligence, and related Azure services.
- Design secure, scalable, and cost-effective AI architectures aligned with enterprise requirements.
- Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other enterprise platforms where applicable.
- Apply Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access control, networking, secrets management, and appropriate data protection controls.

4. Consulting & Customer Engagement

- Conduct customer workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and AI discovery assessments.
- Identify business use cases and recommend suitable AI architecture, tools, and implementation approaches.
- Prepare solution designs, architecture diagrams, technical proposals, statements of work, and proof-of-concept plans.
- Present recommendations, demonstrations, and technical findings to customer stakeholders.
- Support presales activities, effort estimation, solution proposals, and technical discussions where required.

5. AI Governance, Security & Responsible AI

- Implement responsible AI practices covering data privacy, security, access control, and responsible model usage.
- Evaluate hallucination risks, output quality, grounding, prompt injection, and other AI application vulnerabilities.
- Establish evaluation and monitoring approaches for AI applications, including quality, latency, token consumption, and cost.
- Follow applicable enterprise governance, compliance, and data-handling requirements.

6. Implementation & Delivery

- Lead technical implementation from discovery and proof of concept through production deployment.
- Collaborate with cloud, data engineering, application development, and security teams.
- Establish CI
