- Explain treatment procedures, benefits, risks, and expected results.

- Understand patient requirements and provide suitable treatment guidance within the scope of qualification.

- Counsel patients and follow up with interested leads.

- Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team for patient consultations and procedures.

- Maintain patient records and ensure a positive patient experience.

- Help convert patient inquiries into confirmed appointments and treatments.
