Key responsibilities

- Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings.
- Process and coordinate business visa applications.
- Manage accommodation requirements for new joiners.
- Assist employees with cab booking requirements.
- Maintain MIS dashboards and prepare monthly reports.
- Process and track invoices in a timely manner.
- Vendor management

Key competencies

- Have experience in handling corporate travel flights and hotel booking, visa processing
- Knowledge of working on excel, word doc, ppt etc.
- solid communication skills- verbal and written. Team player
