About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the execution and delivery of a large-scale high-rise residential construction project in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong construction management expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing at least one project through its complete life cycle, from project commencement to final completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage construction planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and site coordination.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Identify construction-related challenges, resolve site-level issues, and implement corrective measures to minimise delays.
- Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources to maintain execution efficiency.
- Coordinate with planning, quality, safety, and other project teams to ensure timely and effective project delivery.




- Conduct regular site reviews and progress meetings, and provide updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, contractual requirements, and applicable construction standards.
- Drive the project from commencement through execution, finishing, and final handover.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant construction experience.
- Must have successfully managed at least one project through its complete life cycle, from start to finish.
- Experience in high-rise residential construction and large-scale building projects will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site execution, project planning, quality control, and safety practices.
- Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, contractors, consultants, and project teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai.
