About the Role

As Construction Manager – Civil & Interiors, you will lead civil and interior execution across corporate workplace fit-out projects, covering partitions, ceilings, flooring, glazing, joinery, painting and furniture installation. From site mobilisation to final handover, you will drive execution, contractor management, finish quality and timely project delivery while ensuring design intent is translated into high-quality workspaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead on-site civil and interior execution, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, glazing, joinery, painting and furniture installation.
- Review architectural and detailed drawings, coordinate with design teams and resolve site-level technical issues.
- Plan and monitor site progress, manpower deployment and material deliveries against project schedules.
- Manage contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality, productivity, safety and timely completion.
- Review mock-ups, approve materials as per project processes, and maintain high standards of finish quality.
- Verify site measurements, BOQs and contractor bills against approved scope.




- Coordinate with MEP teams to sequence services and interior finishes and minimise rework.
- Conduct snagging, resolve defects and ensure timely handover with complete project documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

- 8–12 years of experience in civil and interior execution, preferably in corporate office fit-outs, commercial interiors or turnkey contracting.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a degree in Architecture; diploma holders with robust relevant experience may also be considered.
- Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring and glazing details.
- Good understanding of BOQs, quantity measurements, rate analysis and contractor billing.
- Proven experience managing multiple contractors and live project sites with tight timelines.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera, and construction safety standards.
- Strong site execution, coordination, problem-solving and team management skills.
