Role: Conference Production Manager

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Industry: Exhibitions

We are looking for an experienced Conference Production Manager to lead end-to-end conference planning, content development, speaker management, and event execution within the exhibitions industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop conference themes, agendas, and engaging session formats.
- Curate and manage senior-level speakers, including CXOs, architects, and developers.
- Lead end-to-end event execution, venue operations, and VIP management.
- Oversee awards programmes, jury coordination, and ceremonies.
- Manage audience curation, sponsors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 7-10+ years of experience in conferences, events, or content production.
- Experience with lighting exhibitions is highly preferred.
- Robust networking, content development, and event execution skills.
- Experience in B2B exhibitions, architecture/design, or real estate preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
