- Training Delivery: Conduct live in-person classes, virtual workshops, or one-on-one training sessions on software and hardware.
- Curriculum Design: Develop instructional materials, user guides, presentations, and step-by-step technical manuals.
- Skill Assessment: Perform IT skills gap analyses to understand what learners need to know.
- System & Lab Management: Maintain computer lab equipment, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and manage learning systems.
- Progress Tracking: Evaluate training effectiveness through tests, feedback surveys, and performance monitoring.
- Policy & Security Education: Train staff on company cybersecurity guidelines, data privacy, and proper system usage.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
