Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide computer hardware troubleshooting and repair services to resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other electronic devices.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems on new computers or existing ones as needed.
- Troubleshoot software problems using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions for IT technical support.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updating firmware, drivers, and performing backups.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in computer hardware engineering or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of desktop support, laptop repair, RAM/HDD/SSD installation/configuration/troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in installing/configuring peripheral devices (e.g., printers) and basic networking concepts.
