Role Description The Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajahmundry. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance frameworks and policies aligned with regulatory requirements for NBFCs. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and updating internal procedures, conducting compliance audits, monitoring regulatory changes, and ensuring timely filings and reporting to relevant authorities.

The Compliance

Manager will work closely with finance, operations, and leadership teams to address compliance risks, resolve issues, and support process optimization. The role also involves training staff on compliance standards, maintaining documentation for audits, and promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.

- Candidates should possess solid skills in regulatory compliance management, policy development, and internal controls for financial institutions or NBFCs.
- Candidates should possess skills in risk assessment, audit preparation, and monitoring of adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess skills in financial planning, budgeting oversight, and review of financial reporting for accuracy and consistency.
- Candidates should possess skills in process optimization, documentation, and coordination across teams to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and integrity.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to explain regulations clearly and train team members.
- Relevant experience in compliance roles within NBFCs, banks, or other regulated financial services organizations is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in finance, law, accounting, business administration, or a related field is preferred; professional certifications in compliance or risk management are an advantage.
