Compliance Role – ISO 9001 QMS, ISO 27001 and Regulations

Hyderabad/Telangana The Compliance Executive will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving the organization’s compliance framework related to Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) within the healthcare domain.

The role ensures compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, healthcare data protection laws including HIPAA, and other applicable healthcare information security regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities

Quality & Information Security

- Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO/IEC 27001 (ISMS).
- Maintain policies, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
- Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
- Track audit findings and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Support implementation of access controls and data protection practices.
- Assist in incident management, vendor risk assessments, and business continuity activities.

Risk & Compliance Management

- Assist in risk assessments related to quality, information security,



and healthcare data (PHI/PII).
- Support compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and client requirements.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance is followed in daily operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance.
- Understanding of PHI, PII,, and healthcare workflows.
- Risk assessment and audit management expertise.
- Excellent documentation and policy drafting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality awareness.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product Management , software Development, QC, IT, and administrative teams.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in compliance, preferably in healthcare or health-tech.
- Exposure to ISO standards and HIPAA compliance is preferred.
- ISO Internal Auditor certification is an added advantage.
- Positive communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
