Role Description Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outreach activities across colleges, student communities, and relevant networks.
- Mobilise students and participants for recruitment drives, career opportunities, workshops, and events.
- Visit colleges and educational institutions for student engagement activities.
- Coordinate with student representatives, placement cells, faculty members, and community groups.
- Communicate employment opportunities and recruitment-related information to students.
- Organise awareness sessions, orientation programs, workshops, and engagement activities.




- Build and maintain an active student and community network.
- Encourage participation in HireKarma's recruitment initiatives.
- Collect feedback from students and community members.
- Maintain records of outreach activities, registrations, participation, and engagement.
- Prepare regular outreach and mobilisation reports.
- Identify recent communities, institutions, and channels for expanding reach.
- Support campus recruitment activities whenever required.
