Role Description The Communication Trainer will deliver engaging, interactive sessions focused on verbal communication, aviation English, soft skills, and professional etiquette for aspiring aviation and hospitality professionals. This full-time, on-site role in Jaipur involves designing and updating training modules, preparing lesson plans, and facilitating classroom activities, simulations, and role-plays. The trainer will assess learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and support individual development plans to help students improve confidence, clarity, and workplace readiness.

The role also includes collaborating with other trainers to align curriculum with industry standards,



contributing to interview preparation workshops, and maintaining accurate training records.

The Communication

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including spoken English, presentation abilities, and active listening.
- Candidates should possess Training and facilitation skills, with experience leading groups, managing classrooms, and coaching individuals.
- Candidates should possess Curriculum Development and instructional design skills to create and refine training materials and lesson plans.
- Candidates should possess Writing skills for preparing course content, handouts, assessments, and learner feedback.
- Candidates should possess Intercultural Communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Relevant experience in aviation, hospitality, corporate training, or soft skills coaching is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication, Education, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple batches and schedules on-site in Jaipur.
- Comfort with using basic digital tools (presentation software, learning materials, online resources) to enhance training delivery.
