Role & responsibilities

- Lead and execute electrical commissioning activities for rendering plants, boilers, recycling machinery, and related systems.
- Oversee installation of industrial electrical panels (MCC/PCC), cabling, earthing, lighting, instrumentation, control systems, and motor connections.
- Coordinate with design, project management, automation/instrumentation, QA/QC, and client teams for smooth electrical execution.
- Prepare, review, and execute electrical test procedures, checklists, loop testing, relay testing, FAT/SAT, and handover documents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults, control issues, drive/motor problems, sensor/instrumentation errors, and power distribution issues.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory requirements, and company HSE policies.
- Train and guide junior engineers, technicians, and client operators on electrical system operations and maintenance.




- Provide post-commissioning technical support for system optimization, breakdown resolution, and after-sales service.
- Monitor and maintain schedules for electrical installation and commissioning activities; report progress to management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Prior experience in boiler Electrical systems commissioning, motor/pump control troubleshooting, and drive (VFD) configuration.
- Knowledge of Electrical systems used in waste management, poultry rendering, or process industry equipment with strong in office execution experience managing Electrical contractors and multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Exposure to PLC-based control systems, Instrumentation, SCADA, and utility Electrical integration supporting smooth commissioning and system reliability.
