Equestrian Centre & Communications Coordinator

Nanoli Equestrian | Near Pune, Maharashtra

We are looking for an organised, proactive and creative individual to join our team at Nanoli Equestrian, located approximately one hour from Pune, just off the Mumbai–Pune Expressway in Maval Taluka area.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining day-to-day administration with social media stories posting (only) and website updates. It would suit someone who enjoys working in an equestrian environment and is comfortable balancing operational responsibilities with creative projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Administration & Operations: Manage bookings, payments, scheduling and day-to-day coordination at the equestrian centre.

- Communications with Clients

- Social Media: Capture and post Instagram Stories showcasing activities, lessons, workshops and life at the centre
- Website Management: Update website content through the backend. Training will be provided.

- Creative Design: Design educational leaflets, workshop materials and other promotional content guided by the other team members.

- Workshop Support: Help prepare and communicate information about educational workshops and activities.

What We’re Looking For





Highly organised, reliable and detail-oriented.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable using Instagram and social media.

An eye for design, with basic skills in Canva or similar design tools.

Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

Proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks.

An interest in horses or equestrian sports would be an advantage.

Working Hours & Location

Days: 5 days per week

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Nanoli Equestrian, Post Nane, Taluka Maval, Via Kamshet, Pune District – 410405, Maharashtra.

- Work arrangement: Full time, on-site.

Website updates and internal systems can be taught, so we are more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, organisational skills and willingness to learn.
