- Assist in preparing and cooking North Indian dishes such as curries, gravies, tandoori items, breads, and other regional specialties.
- Perform basic food preparation, including cutting, chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Follow recipes, standard operating procedures, and instructions from senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items according to FIFO procedures.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
