We are looking for a dedicated Chef to join our team at Baimudan.
Commis I & II for Hot kitchen The role will primarily focus on supporting our chefs in day-to-day cooking activities and maintaining smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist head chefs in preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes.
- Handle daily inventory management – keeping track of stock, ensuring items are well-organized and updated.
- Place daily orders for raw materials, ingredients, and other kitchen requirements.
- Ensure mise en place is well-prepared for smooth service throughout the day.
- Support in handling bulk and regular orders efficiently.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely execution of all food orders.
Pay: ₹10,229.73 - ₹26,448.10 per month
