- Assist in preparing and cooking Chinese dishes, including noodles, fried rice, soups, sauces, stir-fried dishes, and other Chinese specialties.
- Perform basic food preparation, including cutting, chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Prepare and arrange mise en place before service.
- Follow recipes, standard operating procedures, and instructions from senior chefs.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of food items according to FIFO procedures.
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients before use.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and workstations.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
