Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Manager role based at Udaipur, Rajasthan for Miraj Multicolour Private Limited.

The Commercial Manager will oversee commercial operations, including pricing, contract negotiation, and revenue optimization across relevant business units. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing commercial terms, supporting business planning, monitoring margins and costs, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and local regulations. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as finance, sales, procurement, and operations to drive profitable growth and manage commercial risks.

The Commercial

Manager will also contribute to forecasting, reporting, and process improvement initiatives to strengthen commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidates should possess strong Commercial Management and Contract Management skills for handling agreements, negotiations, and commercial terms.




- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Business Planning capabilities for forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Candidates should possess effective Team Management skills for leading cross-functional initiatives and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess robust communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills to influence decisions and maintain key relationships.
- Relevant experience in commercial or business management within diversified or manufacturing/consumer-focused organizations is preferred.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant.
- Proficiency in SAP, Ms. Excel and other business analysis tools, with the ability to prepare clear commercial reports and presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and uphold high ethical and compliance standards.
