Roles and Responsibilities :

- Deliver high-quality commercial loan servicing services for both bilateral and syndicated facilities.

- Resolve exceptions, support second-level checks, and protect transaction, cash, and data integrity.

- Guide junior analysts and provide mentorship to enhance their skills.

- Work independently to achieve primary objectives and contribute to business growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements :

- Preferably have experience in loan servicing, loan operations, loan syndication, Loaniq, commercial lending, or commercial loans.

- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team workplace.

- Exhibit strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in using various tools and technologies is required.
