HIRING | Commercial Finance Executive / Analyst (Only from Manufacturing)

Qualification: CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com / Any Degree in Finance, Accounts, Commerce, or related discipline

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Executive / Analyst to support business finance operations across our Windows, Kitchen Shutters, and Showers business segments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including order validation, billing, collections, and commercial controls.
- Review pricing, discounts, approvals, advance payments, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor sales order books, order ageing, billing status, and commercial exceptions.
- Validate employee incentives, channel partner schemes, and commercial payouts.
- Analyze sales conversion trends, quotation performance, and business metrics.




- Track receivables, collections, customer outstanding balances, and cash flow visibility.
- Review marketing spend against approved budgets and highlight key variances.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and actionable business insights for management reviews.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, Business Finance, Order Management, Revenue Assurance, Receivables, Billing, or related functions.
- Solid understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), commercial controls, billing, collections, and receivables management.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
- SAP/ERP experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
