Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented College & Corporate Partnerships Executive to establish partnerships with colleges, educational institutions, training centers, and corporate organizations in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, organizing training awareness sessions, and building referral networks to drive student enrollments and corporate training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities - Identify and approach colleges, universities, placement cells, and educational institutions for training partnerships.

- Meet college management, placement officers, department heads, and corporate HR/L&D; representatives.
- Build relationships with degree colleges, engineering colleges, MBA colleges, and other educational institutions.
- Promote CTC training programs, including SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Automation & Analytics, and Python.
- Organize free workshops, introductory sessions, career guidance programs, and technical demonstrations.
- Generate student referrals and corporate training leads through institutional partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective partners and track all follow-ups.
- Conduct field visits across Hyderabad and provide regular updates on meetings and opportunities.




- Coordinate with the sales and admissions team to convert partner-generated leads into paid enrollments.
- Achieve monthly targets for partner meetings, active partnerships, qualified leads, and enrollments.
- Explore opportunities for corporate training programs, bulk enrollments, and customized training initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA or Marketing qualification is an advantage.

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, educational sales, institutional partnerships, or corporate sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable meeting college management, corporate representatives, and other decision-makers.
- Willingness to travel locally across Hyderabad for business meetings.
- Ability to work independently, manage a sales pipeline, and achieve measurable targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or similar reporting systems.
- Experience in EdTech, training institutes, recruitment, or education services is preferred.

Performance

Expectations - Conduct 10–15 meaningful meetings with prospective partners per week.
- Build 4–6 active referral or institutional partnerships per month.
- Generate qualified student and corporate training opportunities.
- Contribute directly to monthly paid-enrollment targets.
