Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection Tele caller role based in Hyderabad. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to customers to remind, negotiate, and follow up on outstanding payments in a professional and compliant manner.

The Collection

Tele caller will update call logs and payment status in the system, verify customer information, and provide clear explanations of payment options and account details. The position also requires managing daily call targets, coordinating with the collections team, escalating complex cases to supervisors when necessary, and maintaining a courteous, customer-centric approach while achieving collection goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills,



including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain payment and account information in straightforward terms.
- Candidates should possess customer interaction skills such as empathy, patience, conflict resolution, and the ability to handle difficult or distressed customers professionally.
- Candidates should possess basic computer and CRM skills, including data entry accuracy, familiarity with call center systems, and the ability to update and maintain records in real time.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to manage call volumes, prioritize follow-ups, and meet daily and monthly collection targets.
- Candidates should possess negotiation and persuasion skills to encourage timely payments while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Relevant experience in collections, telecalling, or BPO/voice process roles is beneficial; familiarity with financial services or consumer lending is an added advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: Higher secondary (12th pass) or graduate in any discipline; proficiency in local languages and English is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Hyderabad, with flexibility for shift work as per business requirements.
