Role Overview

We are looking for a Calling Agent to connect with customers regarding overdue loan payments, follow up on repayment commitments, and support collection efforts through qualified and empathetic conversations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers for overdue payment follow-ups.
- Communicate payment dues and encourage timely repayments.
- Handle customer queries and repayment-related objections professionally.
- Track payment commitments and maintain accurate call records.
- Meet daily calling and performance targets while following compliance guidelines.

Requirements





- Good communication skills in Hindi; Marathi and English are an advantage.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and customer conversations.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior experience in telecalling or loan collections is preferred; freshers with good communication skills may apply.
- DRA certification is mandatory.

Job Details

- Location: Powai, Mumbai
- Working Days: Monday–Saturday
- Timings: 9:30 AM–7:00 PM
- Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month
- Work Mode: Work from Office

Pay: ₹8,800.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
