Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with customers for overdue loan repayments through calls and emails.
- Handle collection and recovery of delinquent loan accounts.
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlement options with customers.
- Monitor and manage assigned portfolio to achieve collection targets.
- Maintain accurate records of collection activities in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with internal departments for account resolution.
- Track DPD (Days Past Due) accounts and work towards minimizing delinquency
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Collections/Recovery in NBFC, Fintech, Personal Loan, Payday Loan, or Financial Services.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
