Role & responsibilities Responsible for the end-to-end management of leased assets and market assets, including asset documentation, placement, movement, redeployment, repair & maintenance, warranty tracking, asset reconciliation, scrap disposal and audit compliance.

Responsible for the end-to-end management and administration of the organization's leased assets, including leased properties, offices, warehouses, plants, depots and other leased premises. The role will ensure timely renewal of lease agreements, rental payments, documentation, compliance,



asset records and coordination with landlords, internal stakeholders and relevant authorities.

Preferred candidate profile

Accuracy and real-time maintenance of asset master data.

- 100% compliance with approved asset movement SOPs and authorization processes.
- Timely renewal and maintenance of leased asset documentation.
- Proper tracking of service invoices and warranty records.
- Effective asset utilization and reduction of under-utilized/misused assets.
- Timely completion of asset audits and reconciliation.
- Timely closure of repair and maintenance requirements.
