Role Description The Coal Washery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the coal washery, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient processing activities. This full-time, on-site role is based in Raigarh and involves monitoring plant performance, coordinating shifts, and supervising coal handling, washing, and quality control procedures. The supervisor will implement and enforce safety protocols, track production targets, and work closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate operational records,



reporting on output and quality, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize throughput and resource use.

• Practical experience in coal washery operations, coal processing, or related industrial plant environments. Knowledge of production planning, process monitoring, and basic quality control practices.

Ability to supervise teams, allocate tasks, and ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Familiarity with equipment used in coal washing, including conveyors, screens, crushers, and separation units.

Strong attention to detail, record-keeping skills, and ability to prepare clear operational reports.

Understanding of occupational health, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines relevant to coal handling.

Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with operations, maintenance, and management personnel.

Preferably a diploma or degree in engineering, mining, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.

Willingness to work in rotating shifts and on-site in Raigarh, and to respond quickly to operational issues.
