About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and high-energy Coding Trainer (DSA & AI/ML) who loves interactive classroom teaching. In this dual role, you will travel to engineering colleges to deliver intensive, completely offline and hands-on workshops. You will guide students step-by-step from raw programming logic (Data Structures & Algorithms) to building and deploying advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models live in college computer labs.

Key Responsibilities

- Offline Campus Workshops: Lead intense, interactive classroom and lab bootcamps for engineering students.
- Hands-on DSA Training: Explain complex algorithm logic on the whiteboard and make students implement solutions live in C++, Java, or Python (focusing on LeetCode/HackerRank style placement problems).
- Practical AI/ML Bootcamps: Guide students through environment setup (Anaconda, Jupyter), data preprocessing, and building real-world ML models (Regression,



Classification, NLP/Computer Vision) from scratch.
- Live Debugging & Troubleshooting: Walk around the computer labs to explicit individual student doubts, review time/space complexity, and fix code compilation errors on the spot.
- Student Mentorship: Organize mock coding contests and hackathons to prepare students for top-tier tech placements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong technical command over both Data Structures & Algorithms AND Machine Learning / Deep Learning concepts.
- Highly proficient in Python (for AI/ML) and at least one core language like C++ or Java (for DSA).
- Outstanding public speaking and classroom management skills; ability to keep a large batch of students engaged during long, practical coding hours.
- Quick code debugging skills across different environments and operating systems.
- Willingness to travel to different college campuses for short-term/long-term bootcamps.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
