We are looking for an experienced CNC Setter & Operator to join our Production team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Set and operate CNC machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and job specifications.
- Perform tool setting, tool offset and work offset setting.
- Load and unload components properly.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspection.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
- Perform tool changes and minor machine adjustments.
- Achieve production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow safety procedures and 5S practices.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and production records.
Requirements
- 2– 6 yrs of relevant experience in CNC Setting & Operating.
- Good knowledge of CNC machine operation and setting.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Basic knowledge of G-Code and M-Code.
- Valuable quality and production awareness.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
