Responsibilities-

1. Operate and program CMM machine (e.g., Hexagon) using software PowerInspect & PolyWorks
2. Perform dimensional inspections of fixtures, jigs, tooling components, and prototypes.
3. Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
4. Generate and maintain inspection reports and documentation.
5. Collaborate with toolmakers, engineers, and quality teams to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
6. Support first article inspection (FAI) and in-process inspections during fixture/tool fabrication.
7. Ensure calibration and maintenance of measurement equipment.
8. Recommend design improvements based on inspection findings.

Required Skills-

1. Experience with fixture/tool manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
2. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
3. Solid attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
4. Solid understanding of GD&T;, metrology, and mechanical drawings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
