- Infrastructure Engineer/M365 &
- Infra Administrator’ will manage and support Microsoft cloud platforms and IT infrastructure, with a robust focus on Microsoft 365, Windows 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, DNS, and identity and access management. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, managing platform administration, patching, security operations, access permissions, key rotation, and maintaining secure and reliable IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Windows 365.

- Manage Microsoft Entra ID, including user and group administration, access permissions, role assignments, SSO, and identity-related troubleshooting.

- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, connectivity, authentication, DNS, email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Windows 365 issues.

- Perform platform administration, user access management, configuration changes, and service health monitoring across Microsoft cloud environments.

- Manage security operations activities, including system patching, security updates, vulnerability remediation, and access reviews.

- Manage certificate renewals, key rotation, and related security configurations in accordance with organisational policies.

- Administer Microsoft Exchange services, including mailbox management, mail flow, permissions, and email-related incident resolution.

- Monitor platform availability, performance,



service health, and security, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

- Handle incident, problem, and change management activities in line with ITIL processes, SLAs, and operational standards.

- Support Azure infrastructure, Windows Server, networking, storage, backup, and disaster recovery activities as required.

- Automate routine administration and troubleshooting tasks using PowerShell and other relevant scripting tools.

- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, knowledge articles, and change records.

- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, service delivery, and application teams to resolve technical issues and improve platform reliability.

- Use approved AI-assisted tools where appropriate for troubleshooting, scripting, log analysis, and documentation, ensuring outputs are validated and security policies are followed.

Required Qualifications

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

- Relevant Microsoft 365, Azure, or identity administration certifications are desirable.

Required Skills &

- Experience

- 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure,



Microsoft cloud administration, or platform operations.

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Windows 365.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, user and group management, access permissions, role-based access control, and SSO.

- Practical troubleshooting skills across DNS, authentication, email services, connectivity, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Windows 365.

- Experience with patch management, security operations, vulnerability remediation, certificate renewal, and key rotation.

- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange administration, mailbox permissions, mail flow, and email troubleshooting.

- Experience managing incidents, service requests, changes, and problem resolution within an ITSM framework.

- Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for administration, troubleshooting, and task automation.

- Understanding of security best practices, identity governance, access controls, and compliance requirements.

- Good communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Knowledge &

- Qualification

- Microsoft Certified: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert.

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104).

- Relevant Microsoft identity and security certifications.

- Experience with Azure infrastructure, Windows Server, backup, and disaster recovery.

- Familiarity with Microsoft security administration, monitoring, and operational automation.
