Job SummaryWe are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and patient-focused Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate should have sound nursing knowledge, valuable communication skills, and a caring approach towards children and their families. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care and assistance to paediatric patients under the supervision of doctors.
- Assist doctors during consultations, medical procedures, and clinical examinations.
- Administer vaccinations and medications as prescribed, following established clinical protocols.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and monitoring of vaccines and medical supplies.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
- Educate parents about vaccination schedules, basic child care,



and post-vaccination precautions as directed by the clinical team.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of examination rooms and medical equipment.
- Assist with patient registration, documentation, and other clinic-related activities as required.
- Provide a friendly, reassuring, and child-friendly experience for patients and their families.

Eligibility Criteria
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification from a recognised institution.
- Valid Karnataka State Nursing Council (KSNC) registration is mandatory.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience may apply.
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures, infection control, and patient safety.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate attitude and the ability to work effectively with children and parents.
- Willingness to work in a clinical environment and follow assigned shifts.
