Job Purpose To provide product training, clinical application support, and customer education for Vatech dental imaging products, while strengthening sales team competency and supporting business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Team Training: Conduct basic product training for new employees and advanced product training for existing sales team members.
- Pre-Sales Support: Support the sales team through advanced product demonstrations, clinical application presentations, and technical queries from prospective customers.
- Post-Sales Training: Provide end-user training on CBCT, OPG, and other relevant dental imaging products, including equipment operation, scanning protocols, and software workflows.
- Clinical Education: Organise state-wise CBCT seminars, clinical workshops, and online webinars in coordination with regional sales teams and channel partners.
- Training Content Development: Prepare and update product presentations, training materials, clinical education content, and demonstration guidelines.
- Sales Coordination: Work closely with Sales, Service,



and Marketing teams to improve product knowledge, customer engagement, and sales conversion opportunities.
- Reporting: Maintain training records and submit periodic reports on training activities, customer demonstrations, seminars, and webinars.

Required Skills
- Valuable understanding of dental imaging, CBCT, OPG, and clinical applications.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and training skills.
- Ability to conduct product demonstrations and interact confidently with dentists and specialists.
- Strong event coordination and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and online webinar platforms.
- Willingness to travel across India.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with BDS/MDS qualifications and experience in dental equipment, CBCT applications, clinical training, or medical device product demonstrations will be preferred.

Key Objective: Strengthen sales team competency, improve customer product adoption, and support business growth through clinical education and application expertise.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
