About the Role

We are looking for a Client Support Executive with robust English communication skills to manage client queries, maintain good client relationships, and ensure smooth day-to-day communication with international clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with international clients and understand their requirements.
- Handle client queries, requests, and follow-ups professionally.
- Provide timely updates and ensure client concerns are addressed.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain client records and communication updates.
- Build and maintain positive, long-term client relationships.





Requirements

- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional attitude with a client-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with teams.
- Willingness to work night shifts from the office.
