We’re Hiring: Client Servicing & Social Media Executive – Ahmedabad

IKON Marketing Consultants is looking for a proactive and well-organised Client Servicing & Social Media Executive who can manage client communication while also coordinating and executing day-to-day social media activities.

This role is ideal for someone who can understand client requirements, convert them into clear internal briefs, coordinate with creative and digital teams, and ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns.

We’re looking for someone with experience in:

- Client servicing & account coordination
- Understanding and documenting client briefs
- Coordinating with creative, content and digital teams
- Social media content planning & scheduling
- Managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Preparing monthly content calendars
- Caption/content coordination
- Posting and publishing social media content
- Monitoring comments, messages and basic engagement
- Campaign follow-ups and execution tracking
- Preparing client presentations and reports




- Maintaining timelines, approvals and deliverables
- Basic understanding of Meta platforms and digital marketing
- Tracking social media performance and preparing periodic reports

The candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up ability, attention to detail and the confidence to interact directly with clients. Experience: 2–5 years

Location: Ahmedabad

Role: Full time | Work from Office

Candidates with prior experience in an advertising agency, digital marketing agency, branding agency or social media agency and Immediate joiner will be preferred.
