Experience
o Minimum of 1 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in onboarding, training,
or customer support.
Skills o Robust interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
o Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
o Proficiency in using software and technology, with a willingness to learn new tools.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
o Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. (Two Wheeler )
o Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary
