Job Overview

We are looking for a customer-oriented and organised Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage customer interactions, coordinate pet-care services, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth and satisfying experience for pet parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Customer Communication: Handle enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels professionally.
- Appointment & Service Coordination: Coordinate pet-care appointments, service schedules, and customer requirements with the concerned team.
- Follow-ups & Retention: Follow up with customers regarding scheduled services, feedback, repeat visits, and ongoing requirements.
- Complaint Resolution: Address customer concerns promptly and coordinate with the relevant team to ensure effective resolution.
- CRM Data Management: Maintain updated customer details, pet profiles, interaction history, appointment records, and follow-up status.
- Customer Feedback: Collect feedback, identify service-related concerns, and suggest improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Reporting & Coordination:



Prepare basic reports on customer enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and service feedback.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in CRM, customer service, or client relationship management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
- Strong organisational skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- An interest in pet care and the ability to interact empathetically with pet parents will be an advantage.

Performance Expectations:
- Previous experience in CRM, customer service, or relationship management will be preferred.
- Knowledge of or work experience with pet care, pet products, pet services, veterinary clinics, pet grooming, or similar businesses will be an added advantage.
- Candidates familiar with pet-parent expectations and customer handling in the pet industry will be given preference..

Ideal Candidate: A responsible, proactive, and customer-focused professional who can strengthen customer relationships and contribute to Pet Pro's service quality and business growth.
