Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Client Relationship Executive to manage client inquiries, build solid relationships with researchers and authors, generate business, and coordinate publication-related services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle client inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into confirmed business.
- Understand clients’ research and publication requirements and explain relevant services.
- Manage leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and maintain accurate client records.
- Share service details, quotations, invoices, and payment terms with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding manuscript submissions, documentation, revisions, and status updates.
- Follow up on pending payments and maintain proper transaction records.
- Maintain and update the CRM or Google Sheets tracker.




- Maintain professional communication and long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation, convincing, and client-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Email.
- Strong follow-up, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client inquiries and maintain accurate records.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; candidates pursuing relevant postgraduate studies may also apply.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Interest in customer relationship management, or academic publishing is preferred.
