NextFin Debt Management is hiring a confident, persuasive and well-spoken Client Relationship Associate. You will speak with people facing credit card dues, loan repayment challenges and other financial difficulties, understand their situation, and guide them toward suitable settlement and restructuring solutions.

Responsibilities Contact prospective clients by phone, understand their needs and build professional relationships Assess clients' credit card outstanding balances, loan obligations and repayment difficulties Explain credit card settlement, debt restructuring and repayment options based on each client's circumstances Present NextFin's services and value proposition, and convert qualified leads into clients Follow up regularly, update lead status and coordinate internally for onboarding and settlement processing Requirements Excellent English and Hindi communication skills (both mandatory) Confident, professional and persuasive telephone communication Basic understanding of credit cards, personal loans,
