- Position Title: Restaurant Cleaner / Hygiene Staff
- Department: Facilities & Sanitation / Back-of-House (BOH) & Front-of-House (FOH)
- Reports To: Kitchen Manager / Restaurant General Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Dining Area: Wipe down tables, vacuum carpets, and sweep/mop hard floors.
- Kitchen & Prep Area: Wash pots and dishes, clean equipment surfaces, and explicit food waste.
- Restrooms: Sanitize toilets and sinks, clean mirrors, and restock soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Waste Management: Empty trash cans, replace liners, and move garbage to outdoor bins.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
