We’re Hiring | Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive with excellent English communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with clients, building professional relationships, and coordinating with sponsors for our events.

Location: Kirti Nagar, Delhi

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Language Requirement: Excellent spoken and written English

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

→ Communicate with clients in English and provide qualified customer support.

→ Connect and coordinate with different sponsor managers for event-related discussions.

→ Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and clients.

→ Discuss upcoming events, sponsorship opportunities, and event requirements.

→ Follow up with sponsors and ensure smooth communication and coordination.

→ Handle client queries professionally and provide timely assistance.

→ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of event-related activities.





Requirements

→ Excellent fluency in spoken and written English.

→ Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.

→ Confidence in communicating with clients and sponsor managers.

→ Professional attitude with good follow-up and coordination skills.

→ Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks efficiently.

→ Candidates with prior experience or an interest in sports and sports events will be preferred.

→ Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
