Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Quality Engineer role based in Bhubaneswar.

The Civil Quality

Engineer will oversee quality control and quality assurance activities for construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, relevant codes, and company standards.

Responsibilities include inspecting materials and workmanship at project sites, monitoring construction processes, conducting tests and documentation, and identifying and resolving quality-related issues in coordination with project and site teams. The role involves developing and implementing quality plans, maintaining accurate records, supporting audits, and providing clear reports and recommendations to management.

The Civil Quality

Engineer will collaborate closely with engineers, contractors,



and vendors to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all civil works.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to design, implement, and maintain effective quality frameworks for civil construction projects.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control and Product Quality to inspect materials and workmanship, perform tests, and ensure delivered work meets specified standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance to develop procedures, checklists, and documentation that ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory, safety, and company requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, and experience in building, infrastructure, or real estate projects.
- Solid knowledge of construction standards and codes, material testing, site inspection practices, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in reading drawings and specifications, preparing technical reports, and using basic quality and project management tools.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, along with the ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.
- Prior experience in real estate or large-scale civil projects in an on-site engineering or quality-focused role is an advantage.
