Role Description The Civil Finishing Engineer will oversee and manage all finishing works at project sites, including plastering, flooring, tiling, painting, and interior/exterior civil finishes. This full-time, on-site role is based in Hyderabad and involves monitoring work quality, ensuring adherence to drawings and specifications, and coordinating with contractors and other engineering teams. Daily responsibilities include planning finishing activities, inspecting ongoing work, resolving site issues, and maintaining timelines and cost control.

ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support site meetings and client inspections.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to interpret and apply technical drawings and standards.
- Experience working as part of a team of Civil Engineers, collaborating with site, structural, and MEP teams for integrated project delivery.
- Planning skills for scheduling finishing activities, resource allocation, and coordination of contractors and vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in building construction and finishing works, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office, project management tools) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive communication and documentation skills to interact with stakeholders and maintain accurate records.
